The forms you will need in order to apply for Lynn Foundation scholarships
are listed below and can be opened with Acrobat Reader. If you do
not have Acrobat Reader on your computer, please click on the icon
below and follow the instuctions to download the software.
There are three scholarship forms: a scholarship application, an
application for the George Frey Arts scholarship,
and a renewal scholarship application. Once you have Acrobat Reader
on your computer, just click on the application(s) you need to open
and print them on your printer.
The George Frey Arts scholarship form includes
the George Frey Arts scholarship application as well as the scholarship
application. You will need to complete both of these forms.
